I asked them to try again, and they did, and then announced that they had data from before January 14 (the data from the APAP), but nothing after that. I know they are not very computer savvy, so I assumed they had failed to mount the card properly, or something. They took the card and disappeared for a bit, and then came back and said that there was no data on the card. When I got to the appointment, 15 minutes early, I gave the card to the staff so they could prepare reports for the specialist. Before the appointment I put the data card in my laptop and viewed the data with SleepyHead 1.10, and SleepyHead had no problem importing the data. On February 21 I had an appointment with the sleep specialist, so I carefully brought the data card so he could see the results. My sleep with the Dreamstation BiPAP is better, but there is an ongoing problem with the data card.
On January 14 I obtained a Dreamstation BiPAP Auto, swapping the Dreamstation APAP auto that I had received from my provider (Kaiser Permanente) March 18, 2018. Kaiser allows swaps like this within one year, so all I had to pay was the difference in the co-pay. I've never encountered anything like this before.
